GENERAL INFORMATION
Our goal is to provide our guests with a relaxing experience and an opportunity to see the stars, hear the wildlife, and just get away. Our 25 acre "spread" has all the amenities for a weekend of meditation, a family reunion, a volleyball tournament, or even a wedding.
Location: 15 miles from Canton's famous First Monday Trades Day, 15 miles from Tyler Pounds Field, 23 miles from Tyler Rose Garden.
Check in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Rates include breakfast, either continental or a full-sized breakfast. Please let us know prior to check-in which you prefer.
Rates: Ralph's House - weekends $150 per night for double occupancy, plus $15 for each additional guest. Weekday rate - $90 per night for double, $15 each additional. Bungalow - weekends $90 for double occupancy, plus $15 for each additional guest. Weekday rate - $75 double occupancy, $15 for each additional.
Pets: Small pets may be allowed, if house-broken. No large dogs will be allowed inside. A pet deposit of $100 will be required at check-in. We have dogs here that are very people-friendly, but if you are uncomfortable with dogs, please let us know ahead of time and we will be glad to kennel them.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled less than one week of arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night's stay unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
